Can I change or cancel my order?
Please email us at email@example.com as soon as you can! We can help you change or cancel your order as long as the package has not been shipped yet. Since we strive to ship your order as soon as we can we are sometimes unable to cancel or make changes to your order if the order has already been shipped.
What if my order is incomplete or incorrect?
Every order is packed with care at Best Crystals Wholesale. In the rare occasion that your order is incomplete or incorrect, simply complete the Return Form within 3 days upon receiving your order. We typically process your request within 2 business days and get in touch with you for the next steps. We ask you to please keep the original packaging until we complete your replacement.
What if the content(s) of my package is damaged?
We are here to help! Just complete the Return Form within 3 days upon receiving your order and we will arrange for free replacement or refund if the content(s) of your package is damaged during shipping. We ask you to please keep the damaged item in its original packaging until we complete your replacement.
What if I change my mind about the order?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Any unopened item in its original packaging may be returned within 5 days upon receiving your order. Please note that a 20% restocking fee will be applied for all returned packages. Original and return shipping are not refundable. Just complete the Return Form within 5 days of receiving your order and we will process your return. The customer will be responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a traceable shipping method so you will be notified when your package has safely arrived at our location.
How long does it take to process my return/exchange?
We typically process all return/exchange within 2 business days upon receiving your return form or package. Please note that shipping can take 5-8 business days for replacement orders.
